A few units include more or less. The only utility you pay is electricity which we guarantee $30 in a 1 bedroom, $35 in a 2 bedroom, and $45 in a 3 bedroom, even including air conditioning! The value of all these things is $150-250 a month. This is the best value around! We have a playground, access to a 20ftx60ft swimming pool, and a basketball court.
