Originally from Montreal, Canada, Dr. Nathan Light earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from McGill University. He then completed a hospital residency program, which offered him advanced training in all fields of dentistry in a multidisciplinary setting and the opportunity to treat medically compromised patients. After doing private practice for two years, he traveled to Western Canada with his family to specialize at the University of Alberta in the field of orthodontics, the discipline of dentistry he found most intellectually stimulating and which he was most passionate about.
