Do not do business here. Last Thursday Oct. 28 we had one tire replaced by them. They tried to sell us on all tires but we declined because we had already ordered our new ones that were arriving by Nov. 1st. By Saturday morning Oct. 29 the tire was flat. I had to inflate to move the car in my driveway. Then again on Sunday Oct. 30th it was flat. Once again I filled it and took my car in to get the new tires and rims that arrived early. At the shop they were able to replace the 3 other tires that Tire R Us didn't work on. They were not able to take off the tire because the lug nuts had been tighten to much. As they attempted to take them off one lug nut broke. They called and decided not to continue because they could cause further damage. So we took our car back to Tires R Us on Monday Oct. 31st and they did not want to make themselves responsible for what they had cause. They are unskilled at the one job they have. Not only did they sell us a tire that did not hold air but they declined to repair the damage. While there on Monday they broke another lug nut trying to take it off. Then they sent us 12miles away to have the broken lug nuts melted out. That cause damage to the rim itself now and more work as they had to now replace three studs. They told my wife that she did not know anything about tires and that to me seems that they think they can just take advantage of women. But what I know is that how come the only tire that had that problem was the one they did work on. None of my other tires gave the other ship any trouble taking them off. They have zero accountability and respect. There is a lot more that happened but I rather leave it out and just leave my thoughts on there character of zero sense of responsibility.
