Every 3 story condo in Florida needs a 10 year Structural Integrity Reserve Study. A basic milestone inspection is recommended for the S.I.R.S. Some contractors will tell you the building has major issues before the phase 1 inspection. It's hard to find someone you can trust. Our inspection plan documents and scores defects based upon severity. Don't believe someone who says all condos need a phase 2 right off the bat. Inspection is our primary business. Most firms active in this area want to design and bill for repairs. Our goal is to document defects and flag hazzards. Enjoy an Indian River sunset knowing we can do a thorough and honest job for you!
