I received timely service and was kept updated during the work. They always exceed my expectations in terms of the quality of their work and services. I had a hot water tank explode on me not too long ago. After bringing in a replacement tank, they quickly removed the old one and installed the new one. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with Loyalty Plumbing which handled a Friday night service call. My water heater was leaking so I called them promptly to fix the issue. They went to our house in Las Vegas and handled the task expertly with a positive attitude. Explained to us the problem thoroughly and fix the job effectively. They also did some changes to prevent any leaking into my water heater.

They did an excellent installation of our Water heater. They gave us some very informative advice on to how properly take care of our water heater. The installation was done well, I like they came fast after a call, and I get some updates. Very professional and efficient technician. Fantastic customer service!
