Brooke Macdougall obtained her bachelor's degree in science with biomedical emphasis from University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse in 2000 and later obtained her nursing degree from Scott Community College. She previously worked at the burn trauma treatment center at the University of Iowa and the emergency room at Genesis Health Center before becoming a Certified Dermatology Nurse and Certified Cosmetic Nurse Injector. In 2019, she graduated with her master's degree of nursing and family nurse practitioner certification from Walden University. She joined Soderstrom Skin Institute in 2008 and provides dermatology and cosmetic services for our Iowa patients.

Sarah Tucker received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from OSF St. Francis College of Nursing in Peoria, IL. Her nursing career began in central Illinois until she relocated to Southern Illinois with her husband. She enjoyed working in labor and delivery, nursery, and postpartum care. In 2014, she earned her Master of Science specializing as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati. Caring for women in private practice obstetrics and gynecology offices has been her privilege over the last 9 years. Her primary area of focus has become gynecology.

Kelly Cole has been working in women's health her entire career. She graduated from Saint Louis University in 2000 and was thrilled to work as a labor and delivery nurse at OSF, providing the highest level of care in the roles of flight transport nurse and unit charge nurse. After earning her Masters of Science in Women's Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2004, Kelly became a Nurse Practitioner in private practice. Working in various private practices in the Peoria area has given her the opportunity to gain experience treating women for various concerns, as well as providing preventive health to maximize women's health.
