I provide general wellness services, with an emphasis on professional massage therapy to promote wellness for both body and mind through Licensed in the State of Illinois since 2016, I have over 600 hours of formal training in massage and thousands of hours of massage experience, in both clinical and recreational settings, in addition to other wellness-related training. Specific modalities in my wheelhouse include deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, myofascial release therapy, trigger point therapy, chair massage, passive stretching regimens, meditation coaching and focused breathing techniques, and other bodywork forms. As someone who spent many years in full-time positions, I am well-acquainted with the mental and physical stressors that coming along with lengthy workdays and fast-paced work environments - the most comm.
