Susanna has been the acting hostess and manager for more than a decade after a career as an executive chef which took her through 63 countries and 48 states. Susanna is the former owner of a Wedding Chapel and Reception Hall in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee where she not only served as executive chef but also performed over 3000 wedding ceremonies as a fully ordained minister for all 50 states and US territories.
