They rate no stars. About to sue in New Jersey for consumer fraud. Bought 6 round trip flights to Cancun on Delta. Received confirmation from Delta. Got to the airport and was told 5 of 6 tickets had been "suspended". Was then told flights had been booked through Kenya Airline. Was forced to buy 5 return trip tickets directly from Delta for close to $1,200 each. Tried to confirm the one good ticket the night before we were to leave to go home and was told it, too, was suspended by Delta. Had to buy another ticket for $495. David Hunt of Farebarber promised a refund to me and to my brother-in-law but so far, nothing, Guess they need to be sued to pay. Thankfully I am an attorney well versed in NJ's Consumer Fraud Act.
