My company, Total Compliance Tracking (TCT) has had the absolute pleasure of working with Bill for the past 4 years. I received the introduction to Bill from someone I trust, and I have remained very appreciative of that introduction. That task is made particularly challenging in that I am often extremely direct, blunt and to the point. Somehow over the years, Bill has managed to capture my voice, yet apply his expertise to achieve deliverables that are superior quality and yet true to my voice. While Bill is officially in a "vendor" capacity, what is impressive is the fact that Bill takes his responsibilities on my engagement no less seriously than personnel that are full time with TCT. In the case of TCT, we have several different people involved in the Sales and Marketing related functions of the company. Bill is a good team member to the various members of our team, and readily integrates with everyone on the team. While Bill maintains expertise in his realm, his breadth of knowledge in various realms is extremely helpful and he is not afraid to professionally voice his dissenting opinions even if not specifically his designated realm. Throughout, Bill has shown the capability to compromise and find solutions where there is not total agreement. In some cases, it's the opinion of Bill that is maintained and in other cases Bill finds a viable compromise to arrive at with other members of the team. Bill is someone that I can trust to assign tasks, meet deadlines and produce quality in every deliverable he takes on. Long story short, Bill is a tremendous asset to TCT and we look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with him for many years to come.
