I loved this company until this last order. My delivery was hacked and I did not receive it. I tried to call and text never got a response. I sent an email and finally got a response. I was told it would be reshipped to me asap, that was July 25. I took them until August 1st to even package my order…

I loved this company until this last order. My delivery was hacked and I did not receive it. I tried to call and text never got a response. I sent an email and finally got a response. I was told it would be reshipped to me asap, that was July 25. I took them until August 1st to even package my order up and then I got a notification that a shipping label was created. It's August 4 and they still haven't shipped it out. I had asked in my email that they expedite shipping to make up for the time it was taking...they did not. At this point I do not feel like they value their customers at all because something so simple to do, like just prioritizing reshipping it, didn't happen. In fact I'm wondering at this point if I will ever get it. This is not how you treat customers if you value them. I'm truly disappointed. I paid quite a bit of money for products I haven't even received and they act like it's no rush and they are sending it for free which is not the case
