This contractor should not be in business. Please beware the owner is not reliable and walked off our job WITH our money. He's cost us our life savings and does not care. We trusted this man and his partner so much we paid him OVER the agreed upon contract, and he stole it.
Hold him responsible and do not hire him. He should not have a license and he doesn't have insurance either, unless that was another lie he told us. Work that he did complete had to be ripped out and redone.
