BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. CASA Schools is a six-month mentor/externship program designed for future chefs, restaurant owners, and others interested in the culinary arts. Students apprentice inside a real Atlanta restaurant while they learn in one-on-one sessions with the restaurant's chef. This hands-on, real-world experience method of education is ideal, especially when paired with our online curriculum.
