I was diagnosed with GERD over a year ago, and I had to change a lot of things in order not to experience severe symptoms. But, even that didn't help entirely, because, until the last month, I was waking up almost every night due to burning acid. Then, I decided to finally try out under the mattress wedge, which was highly recommended by many people. I have to admit that I am shocked by how much better I feel. I sleep calmly through the night, I have more energy during the day, and I don't get stressed every time I have to go to bed. Amazing product!
