J&P Coatings is a locally owned concrete coating company serving Middlefield, OH and Geauga County. We install garage, basement, patio, and commercial floor coatings using a Duralast 100% solids polyurea base with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat, built for Ohio's freeze-thaw winters and road salt. Most floors are finished in a single day, ready to walk on in 12 hours and drive on in 48. Instead of big-box epoxy kits, we diamond-grind every slab for a permanent bond that resists hot-tire pickup, oil stains, peeling, and yellowing. Every job is done by our own trained crew, never subcontractors, and backed by a written warranty. We also coat automotive, showroom, commercial kitchen, dog kennel, and factory floors. Free on-site estimates.
