We believe that food tastes best when it's raised ethically and nearby. We are dedicated to pasture raised, wild caught, heirloom preserved & regionally-sourced meats, seafood, dairy, vegetables and grains. When local is not available we use Certified USDA Organic. We do not use anything that is raised with antibiotics or added growth hormones. All of our seafood is MSC certified.
