When my A/C unit was on its last stage, I then contacted Mike and he was greeted with exceptional customer service. Once we agreed on a very reasonable price, they came out promptly when they said they would, and installed not only a great new AC unit but also replaced my 30 year old furnace with a ultra quite and efficient furnace. I was most impressed with the effort Mike put in to advise me of all gov't rebates available, and gave me the feeling like they were on my side!

The technicians from Cosmopolitan heating and cooling were very pleasant, their work was very professional and clean,they finished the job within the estimated time,i have had no problems from the time they installed an A/c & furnace for me , i would recommend their services to all my friends.
