Topline Royalty Boutique was founded by Stephanie Polite a native of the Palmetto State in Charleston, SC, and the owner of TopLine Royalty Boutique. I always had a passion for either being a nurse or an entrepreneur. After working in the healthcare field as a Medical Assistant for nearly a decade, I decided to pursue my passion for becoming an entrepreneur. I was inspired to open a women’s fashion boutique because from my early childhood to early adulthood because I felt embarrassed about the way I looked in clothing. I always loved clothes and fashion but wasn’t happy with what society offered plus-size women. I’m a tall plus-size woman and felt like society wasn't too accepting of women shaped like me. I felt like women my size and height weren't being embraced in the fashion community. Most people put tall plus-size women in a small box when it comes to fashion and expect them to be accepting of it. I wanted to express and show that plus size and tall women are fashion icons and trendsetters too. That is why I decided to specialize in plus-size women’s clothing to avoid women having a hard time finding fashionable clothing to fit their bodies. The plus-size fashion industry is booming, and it's time to celebrate the beauty of all shapes and sizes.
