1 Smokin Ash Hole Serves Soul Food in Cincinnati, OH 45215 1 Smokin Ash Hole is a restaurant that serves delicious soul food in Cincinnati, OH. When it comes to the art of BBQ, we take great pride in our work. A lot of these BBQ joints have the best smokers money can buy. They are running around trying to find the freshest ribs, chicken, and briskets but still giving you a below-average product. Our chef is educated and cares about what makes BBQ great! So we know successful barbecue is a combination of ten basic characteristics: A proper fire, subtle smoke, low temperature, proper fat rendering, hotspot control, oxygen control, moisture, good enhanced bark, juiciness, and tenderness. Not only that, we also care about what you and your family think about our product, and we love feedback and always trying to make everything healthier and better. We'll literally close our doors and rebuild before we put out a below-average product. Our quality is evident in our ingredients' freshness and the hard-working culinary efforts of our kitchen, which you are sure to notice right when you take the first bite.
