I went in last week after hearing different stories about this place. I try to keep an open mind and make my own opinions, but after going in to the Hurtsbourne pkwy location the rumors are actually tame in comparison to the reality. Large breed dogs kept in small glass cubes stacked on top of each other. Smaller breeds having multiple dogs in one cube. Only 2 dogs in their crate had toys and some didn't even have access to water. Others had those hanging water bottles meant for rodents. This place has ties to Cohn puppy mills in Indiana as well as other well known puppy mills among the Kentucky Amish community. I was happy to learn that legal action against this place is already underway. Steer clear!
