The Brain Is A Muscle. Muscles Need To Be Exercised. We're Mount Horeb Counseling, LLC, and we've been a mental health clinic in Mount Horeb, WI, since 2021. We offer a wide selection of services, including many different types of therapies and approaches. My counseling style is strengths-based, open, warm, and client-centered. I believe in walking side-by-side with my clients rather than leading them; you know how you learn and grow best, and I'm here to help provide guidance towards your goals. Everyone deserves to be treated with fairness, equity, compassion, and care. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, problem-solving, humanistic, motivation enhancement, and psychodynamic styles. We will work together to create a treatment plan that works for you as an individual. We're looking forward to partnering with Mount Horeb consumers to continue to provide a premier experience. We would like to personally invite you to contact us for a consultation today!
