Risk It For The Brisket We're Revolution Barbeque and we've been a local barbecue restaurant here in Lafayette, IN, since 2020. We believe in quality food, offering southern-style BBQ, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a curated bourbon bar. We started out as a farmer's market-type business with our bakery and progressively evolved into two separate entities as Revolution Barbeque and Sweet Revolution. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Lafayette and the surrounding areas. We'd like to personally invite you to stop in today for bourbon barrel smoked brisket, pork, turkey, and chicken, delicious desserts, tasty sides, and more!
