The culinary anchor of the historic Union Club Hotel at Purdue University, 8Eleven Modern Bistro celebrates the innovative tradition of two of NASAs most daring aerospace programs, Gemini 8 and Apollo 11, as well as the missions command pilot, Purdue alum Neil Armstrong. We're proud to honor our namesake and proud to be recognized as one of West Lafayette, Indiana's top restaurants.
