Stone-South Home Inspections provides complete home inspection services serving Greater Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding areas. Stone-South Home Inspections performs the best home inspection services in Birmingham, Alabama and the surrounding areas. We follow and exceed the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics adopted by the State of Alabama. Our inspector and staff are trained, licensed, experienced professionals committed to providing the best home inspection services possible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns. We provide a non-invasive evaluation of the home’s accessible structure, systems and components. While a home inspection can’t reveal every concern that exists, it will significantly reduce your anxiety by arming you with the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision. We will spend 3 to 4 hours evaluating all aspects of the home, from the roof to the foundation and all areas in between. A comprehensive report detailing all the findings will be sent to you and your agent within 24-hours of the inspection. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home or building we inspect. You are encouraged to attend the inspection so we can walk through the house together. I will inform you of any issues and answer any questions that you have. If you won’t be attending, rest assured we are just a phone call away. We offer flexible appointments seven days a week in order to make the process as convenient as possible. Our support does not end with the report. We will always be available to address any questions or concerns you may have before, during, and after your home inspection We understand that choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won't meet me until our appointment. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. Ultimately, a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This, I promise you.
