"When I build a home and have it designed, I build as if I'm going to live in it. Even during the construction process, I make sure that my job sites are extremely clean. When I complete a home I can visualize myself living there. I give it the same touch as I would my own home. I pay attention to areas of the home that matter most to my potential clients. For example, in the master suites, I make sure that there are extra features in the spacious walk-in closets and en-suite. The kitchen has a generous amount of cabinetry for the chef in the home, a spacious garage, and a luxurious backyard. I try to envision what the homeowners want in lieu of being overly concerned about profit margins.
