Gracie Combatives is a cycle of 23 self-defense classes that teaches the 36 most useful Brazilian Jiu Jitsu moves, so you can use them to defend yourself. You'll learn the basics, then you'll learn how to combine them to de-escalate fights when possible, and disable your attacker when necessary. Self-defense is something everyone should know – and it's never too late to start. Gracie Combatives is the adult beginner course that teaches you how to protect yourself on the street.
