Covington Funeral Home opened over 20 years ago with the intention to provide caring and compassionate funeral services that are affordable. Covington Funeral Home opened over 20 years ago with the intention to provide caring and compassionate funeral services that are affordable. The funeral home is equipped with everything you need to lay your loved one to rest. They believe that the little things go a long way and offer the personal touches that big business funeral homes no longer accommodate. You will always feel welcome in the funeral home, knowing that you can gather with your family and friends and stay a while. The facility is also accessible to all abilities. The funeral home is located amidst the Magnolia Gardens Cemetery for convenient interment services. Covington Funeral Home offers funeral and cremation services. You can go for a full-service funeral with visitations, graveside ceremonies, burials, and receptions. The events can go on for a few days, giving ample opportunities for your loved ones to visit and reminisce. In addition, cremation services are available in a simple format that includes just the cremation service, called direct cremation. Or you can plan a gathering service in cremation with a memorial ceremony. Think about what your loved one would have wanted, whether they want a scattering of ashes at home in an intimate gathering. Or if they would have preferred a more open ceremony that can reach anyone who wants to attend and pay their final respects. Life celebrations can be planned alongside a burial or cremation and are more lighthearted. Throw a party like an outside barbecue or pool party. And invite loved ones to share their favorite memories of the deceased. An end-of-life service does not have to be somber if you do not want it to be. You can include veteran services or military honors in whichever program you select. The staff of Covington Funeral Home lives, shops, and worships in the Covington, Munford, Millington, Brighton, Atoka, Burlison, and Gilt Edge communities. Reach out for grief resources so that you can find other people suffering a loss similar to yours or learn about the mourning process.
