After months of experiencing, challenges, and frustration, she decided to build a legacy. Our founder cares about the environment which is why she made sure that every single thing she uses are eco-friendly and cruelty-free. ​ As mental health is her priority, Dahyna researched and surveyed her followers to learn more about songs, colors and scents that calm them down. With that being said , AVA-LIT is centered around mental health. Dahyna M. Trecile came up with the concept you-conscious for people like her, like you, like me who are in need of a way to escape, recharge and just breathe. We often forget to stay still, take it all in and just be. Finding time to care for our mental health, in a world full of chaos, is becoming harder every single day.
