Located in Charles North in a walkers paradise with an excellent transit friendly and very bikeable community. The Hostel is located one block from Penn Station-Baltimore and one mile from Downtown and the Harbor. **DO NOT BOOK**
I tried to stay here but the owner didn't pay their power bill. I was jerked around with for three hours until I was able to get my bags and book a hotel.
I then had to file a dispute through my credit card and text the owner multiple times in order to get refunded. The owner wouldn't contact directly until I had to find their number on their now defunct website. They repeatedly told me to stand by for refund, however it wasn't until I found their account on PayPal that I was able to request a refund. I was again told to stand by multiple times before finally getting a refund.
Unfortunately this experience left a disappointing impression of Baltimore for me on my holidays.
