We have a fully automated Fiber laser cutting system and a punch Laser combination machine complete with Extrude and tapping capability. Both machines have 6 shelf tower load/unload We are ready to tackle all your manufacturing needs. Metal Cutting – Capacity to cut over 500,000 lbs of steel per month. Clean cut on Up to 3/8” steel ¼” Stainless and ¼” aluminum. Laser Cutting – we have a 2,000 watt Fiber laser cutting systems with 6 shelf auto loading and unloading towers on both machines and line control software allowing us to run multiple jobs unmanned and lights out. Punching- we have an Amada Punch with Fiber laser Cell complete with auto load/unload punching cell for punching up to ¼” aluminum and 10 Ga steel. For further lights out production. Bending HG2204 14’ 240 ton press brake with Auto tool changer and 6 axis robot for a complete Robot bending cell Automated panel bending machine added 5 press brakes from 100 tons up to 175 tons bend up to ¼” thk All machines have pc based controls with Multi Axis back gages. We have extensive quick change tooling to allow us quick set up for prototype to production runs. Hardware We have Multiple hardware insertion machines. All with auto feed for pem nuts and studs. Equipped with quick change tooling for short changeover time. We also install Rivets, gaskets and any other needed assembly all the way up to turn key customer products insertion machine that will allow us to install up to 4 types of hardware at the same time. Welding We have multiple welding bays with Mig and Tig welding of Steel, Stainless and Aluminum. 1 Motoman Robotic welding and 1 Yaskawa Mig welding robot twin table carousel with 48”x118” weld area per table Capable of building everything from tube frames and assemblies as well as sheet metal complete machines and assemblies.
