Welcome to JTR Jujutsu International the only traditional Japanese Jujutsu school located in Washington DC. This combat-style martial arts system originates from the 16th-century battlefields of Japan and was once used by Samurai warriors to encompass a complete fighting system. The Jujutsu system has evolved over the centuries into a practice of martial arts that includes empty-hand strikes, kicks, throws, joint levers, chokes, ground fighting, and weapons techniques.
