Hello, we’re Chef Dennis Cornett and Joseph Aparicio and we work like aspen private chefs. Although we’ve worked in the event catering field for over 35 years, we are constantly learning and expanding our knowledge. We’ve traveled the world and found inspiration in recreating international cuisine to increase our personal chef skills. Let’s plan your next event with catering buffet, in flight catering or any menu together and create a uniquely “you” experience!
