Stanford recently released data showing that the average outpatient visit required 18 minutes of EMR "screen time” to complete 11 minutes of clinical "face time.” EVA presents an electronic questionnaire to interview patients through their personal devices or in the provider's office. This dynamic questionnaire generates the bulk of the medical record.
