K&M was formed by two women with significant wanderlust: one experienced entrepreneur and long-time host. We met during a real estate transaction, became instant friends, and quickly determined that we needed to improve the short-term rental space in our neighborhood. We identified two crucial areas that required significant improvement. The primary goal was to provide guests with a memorable, clean, and quality experience, from initial conversation to soft sheets and all in between. The second step was to build a strong team of homeowners who want their most valuable asset looked for and preserved while maximizing revenue. We believe we've accomplished both.
