Asha Mahabir started Three Angels Helping Hands to help as many men, women, and children as she could who were going through hard times, being abused, or being bullied. She thinks you shouldn't feel bad about talking about your traumas, no matter how horrible, traumatic, or personal it is. It is worth telling your story even if it only helps one person still trying to get over their own crisis.
