Hazelbrook Community Center is THE recovery resource hub in the state of Colorado. We currently service individuals through our Transitional Safety Zone [TSZ] program, life skill classes, performing and visual arts classes, fitness offerings, and peer coaching services. We also have been known to host great sober events throughout the year. Hazelbrook Community Center is looking to expand to offer same day support through peer navigators and onsite case management that can assist with housing, re-entry, jobs, transport, and other basic needs.
