Our purpose for conducting a chemical dependency evaluation/assessment is to determine the severity of our client's addictions based on ASAM criteria for the appropriate level of care. The results could range anywhere from no addiction to an inpatient treatment referral. These recommendations allow our clients to receive the appropriate care needed for a healthy recovery.
