So, I gave AC-Repair a ring on a boring Tuesday afternoon, and guess who answered? Pat! He quickly set up a site visit for the following morning, and I was stoked that he arrived promptly at 9:30. Pat quickly diagnosed a faulty gas valve in my heater, and gave me a quote on the spot that was totally reasonable. I gave him the go ahead, and within a couple of hours, he had gone and got the part and had it installed. My heater was up and running again before I knew it! Pat's response time was top notch, and I couldn't have asked for a quicker and more efficient service. If you're looking for a reliable HVAC technician, I highly recommend AC Repair in San Ramon. I had been trying to get my previous guy to come out and service my AC several times, but I'm glad I got tired of waiting and called Pat instead. He's my go to HVAC tech from here on out!
