In 2016, a dedicated team came together under the leadership of BibBoards founder and CEO, Brian Goodell. In 2016, a talented team came together, led by BibBoards' founder and CEO, Brian Goodell. With a background as a Division I college football player and a successful career in San Francisco real estate, Goodell brought his keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills to the endurance sports industry. His innovation journey began in 2005, when he invented and patented a consumer product that successfully reached over 30,000 retail stores.
Recognizing the limitations of traditional safety pins for attaching race bibs, Goodell identified a growing market need for a better solution. This led to the creation of BibBoards, a revolutionary bib fastener that eliminates the use of magnets or adhesive bibs, protecting athletic apparel from damage.
