Family-run contractor supplying and installing windows and doors for homes in Southern California. After getting a estimate from United Builders I did some research on the Atrium Window that they sell. Horrible warranty. Only 10 years labor and no glass breakage. Was not happy because Rick said Lifetime but didn't have a copy of the warranty. Also didn't like that United Builders has no showroom. Rick says he can sell the window for much cheaper to me that way. Problem is that I found same quality windows for about $1000 less elsewhere. That's alot of money to me.
