It gives a clear mind and gets energy for the rest of the days in a year. There are also many challenges faced during trekking. One day I trekked in California and got a tick bite on my legs. I got suffered from this Lyme disease. It was severe; I had a bullseye circle and rashes on my legs. I was suffering from constant colds and fatigue. Even after taking medications suggested by the doctor, the sign of Lyme disease has not come down. I suffered for nearly six months with this condition.
