We are all telling a story with our lives. The problem is that sometimes, the story we are suggesting differs from the one we thought we would tell. Occasionally, we find the story we wanted to tell isn't worth telling. When either of these happens, we can feel stuck or lost. Our sense of meaning can be undermined. Our emotions can further drive our sense of loss until we feel trapped in a spinning vortex of pain. This pain and confusion can happen in our relationships, too.
