If you think about a typical realtor, Tanner would be that last one that comes to mind. And that’s the way he likes it! He’s not going to show up in a suit and start pitching you on the features of a property. He’s not gonna be PC and careful with his words. He’s not gonna push you in any direction you don’t wanna go. But what he is gonna do is understand... understand that the home buying and home selling processes are emotionally fatiguing. Not to mention very involved. Understanding how to navigate the transaction is only one side of it. Tanner understands how to minimize stress and make you feel comfortable with the life-changing decisions you’re about to make. His approach: everyone wins when it's Friendships over Transactions!
