Miles from All Drains Emergency Plumbing was truly heaven-sent. We were dealing with a horrible clog, and after calling another company, they came out, ran a camera, and then basically gave up the second we mentioned we were on a tight budget. It was frustrating and discouraging.
Thankfully, Miles had texted saying he could help - and we're so glad we followed up. He showed up fast, was super friendly and easy to talk to, and genuinely wanted to help us out. When he couldn't access the clog through the cleanout, he didn't quit - he climbed up on the roof, and within 20 minutes, everything was cleared!
He even sent us a video showing what our pipes look like, and explained things clearly without trying to upsell us or pressure us. He recommended some future work (which we'll definitely do once we're back on our feet), but never made us feel like we had to do it right now.
Honestly, I wanted to cry from relief. Miles treated us with so much kindness and respect, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. We're beyond grateful. God really put him in our path at the perfect time.
