Blake's dream is to bring the inspection rates back to the level which is very much appreciative to the working individual. Blake is very personable and instills the vision in the company. BWS treats every employee with the utmost respect and works for the very inspector who rides for the brand. BWS treats every employee as a name and not a number. Greets each one with the southern hospitality. Blake makes it a goal to make sure everyone feels at home and is a part of growing this business. Without each inspector taking a leap of faith and giving BWS the opportunity to not only represent the inspector but the staff for the respected company, Blake claims it cannot be done without the men and women being professional and doing what they do, inspect.
