This company calls people pitching to fix their credit, charges them whatever they can get, and then disappears. I was persuaded to enroll in Cole Peck & Associates credit improvement program. I declined because their promises sounded too good to be true and I did not like the salesmen's tactics. It is evident that I made the right choice after reading other reviews.

I have fully settled my payment, but now my calls are not being returned. Initially, they were prompt in returning calls, but ever since they received my money, I can't get anyone on the phone. Over the past three months, my credit has shown little to no improvement. This is not how business should be conducted. I was referred to this company by someone else who had just started the process, so we were both unaware of the potential issues. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to access my account to check the status because the system isn't working. I've reviewed my credit report again, and there have been no changes. If you are considering using their services, proceed with caution. Based on my experience, their customer service is below average. I should have researched this organization more thoroughly instead of relying on someone else's recommendation. They have very few reviews, and my experience does not align with the positive ones that are available. I'm not sure what went wrong.
