Working with Arthur was a very disappointing experience. He started the work, then made lots of promises, then one excuse after another, and never showed up again. His excuses were creative but when I looked on Thumbtack, he got other jobs when he was supposedly out sick. In the end, he left the project half finished, and when he came back to get his tools, the electricians were working and they reported to me that Arthur stole their $500 power drill. Arthur denies it but where did the drill go? What's worse, when another plumber came in to finish the work, they found significant mistakes and had to redo most of the work Arthur did. Unfortunately Arthur is not as skilled as he makes out that he is. Do not hire this "plumber". He talks a good talk, but does not perform and just wastes your time and money.
