My name is Saroj Mehta-Bahl. After receiving my Ph.D. in Nutrition, I was a faculty member at UT-Health Center for 43 years. The opportunity to teach dental and medical students not only about nutrition but also about the impact of lifestyle choices on overall physical, mental and spiritual wellness was one of the greatest joys of my life. During my tenure at the UT-Health Center I was fortunate enough to receive several teaching awards at the national and international levels.
