Rojas Ortiz is a board-certified plastic surgeon who received his MD from University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed residencies in general surgery and plastic surgery at University of Puerto Rico and Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, followed by a burn surgery fellowship at LIPSG in conjunction with Nassau University Medical Center.
