Dr. Uma Swamy is Board Certified in Radiation Oncology and is a member of the Epic Care team. Dr. Uma Swamy is Board Certified in Radiation Oncology and is a member of the Epic Care team. Dr. Swamy focuses on maximizing treatment outcomes while minimizing toxicity for various cancers (e.g., breast, lung, and gynecological cancers) by utilizing a wide range of advanced radiation therapy techniques (e.g., IMRT, IGRT, SBRT) & complementary therapies. Worked with neurosurgery team to be the first in Alameda County to treat with GammaTile brain brachytherapy and the first community medical practice to launch theranostics program in the East Bay successfully. She is accepting new patients and has privileges at Eden Medical Center - Castro Valley Campus, and St. Rose Hospital.
